Job title: T3 Project Lead

Location: Anagni, Italy
As T3 Project Lead within our Engineering & Maintenance Team you will manage strategic engineering projects and ensure operational excellence of our facilities.
Responsibilities
Lead Tier3 capital project studies, including driving each stage‑gate review, supporting site, and M&S; decision‑making processes.
Deliver end‑to‑end capital projects up to €5M, covering initiation, feasibility, design, execution, C&Q;, handover, and close‑out.
Develop Block Flow Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, material and energy balances, P&ID;’s, data sheets for equipment, instruments, and safety devices; prepare Technical Specifications/URS for RFQs and align vendor/supplier quotations.
Produce monthly capital project reporting on all KPI’s for safety, cost, schedule, and resources.
Adhere to all mandatory Sanofi and local regulatory compliance standards and policies, including construction safety, GMRs, PlanetCare, GMP, and FDA regulations.
Promote a safety‑first, quality‑always culture throughout the project by implementing SMS2.0 and TRT ways of working.
Ensure staffing of all engineering project resources and align cross‑function workforce plans to project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Capital project engineering and/or project delivery experience as a Technical Engineer in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, and/or building & utilities.
Project management experience with process & construction safety, budgets, schedules, risk, and resources for multi‑discipline capex projects; regulatory knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISPE guidelines, and building & construction standards.
Stakeholder and People Management skills in a matrix organization (Maintenance, Production, Validation, Validation assurance, Utilities, Planning, etc.).
Project Management/Project Controls experience managing budgets, schedules, commissioning, qualification, black utilities, HVAC, pharma processes, automation, and electrical systems.
Computer‑literate (ACAD, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong communication, risk analysis, change evaluation, and resource planning abilities.
Education
Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering degree with a professional engineering designation preferred (e.g., PE, P.Eng., Charter Eng.).
Languages
Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).

Salary
Salary range: €44,400 – €66,600 per year.
