In this role, they will support the field directly in the execution of Field Contractor Management Process, by supporting EU RME, WHS, Ops Engineering, Ops Construction, LD, security and other teams and project managers at the network and site levels. /ppThis position requires travel up to 40% and can be based in any UK or EU Amazon site. /pulliResponsibilities /liliSupport working relationship and partnership with EU teams such as Ops Construction, Ops Engineering, RME, Loss Prevention, Legal, EU Workplace Health Safety (WHS), and WW CRM. /liliBe responsible for updating, maintaining and assisting the network in the implementation of the Field Contractor Safety Management process as outlined in the EU WHS Contractor Management Procedure. /liliBe responsible for the execution of Project Manager roles responsibilities related to contract oversight, project safety planning (pre-start meetings / walks), and high risk work auditing. /liliBe responsible for the execution of an end of the year (or annual) Project / Contractor evaluation process. /liliDevelop field level audit tools for high risk work to be added into Amazon’s Contractor Prequalification platform. /liliDevelop and execute training for key site stakeholders related to the Field Contractor Safety Management Process. /liliPartner directly with EU RME, WHS, GES and other stakeholders to identify major high risk site projects, and ensure appropriate safety representation is overseeing the project. /liliBe the Subject Matter Expert (SME) related to Field Contractor Safety Management process to respond to network and outside questions. /liliSupport Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) the network can use to measure Contractor implementation performance at the network and site levels. /liliSupport the EU WHS Compliance and Governance team in audit expectations and procedure clarifications related to Contractor Management. /liliStay attuned to changing regulations and internal WHS performance to change policies when required. /liliStrong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability. /liliAbility to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy. /liliHave or working towards NEBOSH, or equivalent certification. /liliWorking knowledge of ISO, etc. /liliFluency in other European languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German. /liliSix Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certified. /liliHave a detailed understanding of Health Safety regulatory requirements. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with site leaders. /liliStrong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability. /liliExperience in technical, standards, or program writing. /liliAbility to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
