Role OverviewWe are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join our team.Manteco is a company deeply rooted in textile innovation, circularity and its local territory, values that have guided its development since its origins.This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling and execution, shaping how these values are communicated across digital platforms. It combines strategic planning with hands-on involvement - from overseeing content production and managing shoots to creating more immediate, informal content when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the social media strategy in line with business objectivesPlan and manage the editorial calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and FacebookCoordinate and oversee content production across all platformsManage and support the organization of shoots, working with external creatives and internal teamsCreate lighter, more informal content when relevant (e.G. behind-the-scenes, real-time moments)Monitor performance and conduct internal analytics, as well as research on external trendsCollaborate closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment and consistencyProfileStrong understanding of social media platforms and content dynamicsAbility to combine strategic thinking with creative sensitivityExperience in managing content production and coordinating shootsComfortable working both at a strategic level and in a more hands-on capacityAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trendsCollaborative, proactive and detail-orientedFluent English (written and spoken)Degree or dedicated qualification in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or Social Media StrategyPrevious experience in fashion, luxury and/or B2B environments is considered a strong plusWhat We OfferThe opportunity to contribute to the development of a strong and evolving brandA stimulating and inspiring environment, at the intersection of textiles, creativity and innovationClose collaboration with cross-functional and creative teamsA role combining strategic thinking and hands-on execution
