Job description: Clivet SpA, is now looking for a new colleague who will join our R&D Team as Project Leader What will this role involve? As our new Project Leader, you will have the following responsibilities : 1.Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage planning, risk mitigation, and product qualification from concept to launch. 2.Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Logistics) and external suppliers to define, qualify, and approve new products. Maintain all technical and commercial documentation. 3.Drive problem-solving and decision-making across departments to keep projects on track. 4.Monitor project performance, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions when necessary. This is what we’re looking for in this role : 1.A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Energy Engineering (preferred). A Project Management certification or master’s degree is a strong plus. 2.Previous experience in project management （at least 2years）, especially in HVAC, light commercial, or residential products, is highly valued. 3.Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide teams effectively. 4.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 5.Familiarity with product qualification and compliance processes is a plus.
