In particular, within yourBusiness Support & Special Initiativesteam, you will contribute to the design and launch of special business support initiatives (e.g., promotion/dissemination of corporate values and change management).
Main activities
Support activities for the CEO of EniProgetti, such as the development of specific thematic content and insights, in coordination with the various business functions, in particular during external/internal workshops and meetings
Support in developing and communicating messages to the company population (e.g. newsletters, workplace)
Preparation of final reports on the various initiatives launched and the related follow-up plan
Required characteristics
Degree
Work experience no more than 3 years
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
Negotiation skills and goal-oriented planning
Availability for mobility
