Application Support & ImplementationSupport partners during the implementation of EOS Apps for Supply Chain and Manufacturing projectsManage consulting activities, analysis, and configurationCoordinate or elevate complex requests to specialist teamsPresentations & PresalesPresent App functionalities during demos and presales callsHelp Partners and Customers understand the functional value of the solutionsTraining & Partner EnablementDeliver training sessions on EOS AppsCreate documentation, guides, examples, and training materialsContinuous ImprovementCollaborate with Labs and Competence Circle teams on ongoing product enhancementsContribute to designing new features and enhancementsMarketing CollaborationSupport the Marketing team in producing content and multimedia materialsParticipate in awareness initiatives to promote EOS Apps across the ecosystem
Who We're Looking For
Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central)Knowledge of key Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processesStrong communication skills in Italian and EnglishService-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitudeAbility to document activities and processes clearly and structurally.
Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and familiarity with EOS Apps solutions (not required).What We Offer
