You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors are compliant with Trace One methodology. You ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are clearly understood by all project team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, or other detailed deliverables. Collaborate closely with the PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints. Work with the Enterprise Solution Architect to design solutions via the Business Blueprint document. Refine and document detailed user requirements to provide clarity for Development and QA teams. Enforce best practices in implementation and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as needed. Validate products during development phases following project-specific methodologies. Support QA testing processes, including developing user acceptance criteria. Assist in training efforts across departments. Develop and provide PLM solution expertise. Assist with business case development for innovation proposals. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs when needed. Coordinate with third-party entities like system integrators and consultants. Core Competencies: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to conduct software demonstrations and communicate effectively at business and functional levels. Leadership skills to facilitate requirement gathering sessions. Quick learner of new products, systems, applications, and technologies. Ability to work well with internal and external clients, including participation in user workshops. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Willingness to travel for requirements gathering. Experience in PLM software implementation, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Education & Experience: At least 5 years of experience in preparing functional requirements, working with use cases, business process modeling, and creating use-case or sequence diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry. Knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with software design and modeling tools (e.g., UML). Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
