With a design studio and atelier based in London, the house is known for uncompromising quality and creative vision. /p h3Key Behaviours /h3 ul li Empower – We empower our team and peers, providing unwavering support to ensure everyone can thrive; this means giving support to your team and those you are working with to succeed. /li li Teamwork – We put an emphasis on Teamwork; this means working together as a collective to achieve shared goals. /li li Respect – We value respect, treating everyone with dignity and showing genuine appreciation for their efforts: this means treating everyone equally. /li li Kindness – We believe kindness is integral to everything we do; this means demonstrating compassion and empathy towards others. /li /ul pHow will you contribute? /p ul liYou will be able to demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviours. /li /ul h3Retail Operations /h3 ul liFollow the company policies, procedures and guidelines and ensure the store’s compliance. /li liCarry out regular in-store checks and audits to ensure store teams are following set policies and procedures. /li liSupport the setup of in-store events to ensure successful execution. /li liEnsure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines. /li liEnsure that all activities relating to receipt, storage and movement of goods are managed responsibly and in line with company guidelines. /li liEnsure that the Stock Room is efficiently organised to allow the store team to identify products, optimizing fetch time. /li liEnsure that shop-to-shop and return transfers are compliant with company guidelines and timeline. /li liEnsure that staff uniforms are ordered and distributed in a timely manner. /li /ul h3Stock Inventory /h3 ul liResponsible for conducting inventory counts (cycle counts and physical inventory) and reconciliations across all categories in store, including investigation of discrepancies and resolution. /li liMaintain an accurate stock file through the correct monitoring of product movements (deliveries, transfers, consignments). /li liEnsure all stock adjustments are processed in a timely manner in line with company guidelines. /li liRegularly monitor consignments and follow up. /li liSupport the preparation for markdown and the transition after markdown period. /li liResponsible for managing in store damaged stock. /li liMaintain an optimized stock room capacity. /li liWhere applicable, manage the flow of OMNI orders making sure to guarantee the required service levels. /li liResponsible for achieving Operations KPI’s and be client minded supporting the overall store performance. /li liMaintain regular communication and collaboration with relevant functions i.e. Inventory Control, Retail Operations, and within the Store team and across store network. /li /ul h3Logistics Supplies /h3 ul liEnsure the store is adequately stocked with all operating supplies, including packaging and stationery and systems are accurately reflected. /li liCoordinate suppliers and couriers to ensure most efficient and cost-effective service is in place. /li /ul h3Team Collaboration /h3 ul liConsistently provide highest level of professionalism in all behaviors, including communication and team work in line with the House Code of Behaviors. /li liWork well within the store team and within the retail network, and actively support and assist colleagues. /li liWork with all internal and external stakeholders, with a service-oriented collaborative, available and versatile approach. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liFluent in Italian /li liGood English. /li liMS Office, Excel in particular. /li liPrevious experience of stock management and retail operations /li liHighly organized and strong attention to detail. /li liHighly motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. /li liSuccessful performance record and a demonstrated ability to deliver retail excellence. /li liAbility to quickly establish strong credibility with team members and external resources. /li liThe ability, drive and desire to deliver outstanding results. /li liSound analytical and organisational skills. /li /ul pKering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
