Working within a fun, supportive and driven international team, you’ll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Italy including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.
This involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes/CV's, interviewing applicants and referring well-qualified candidates to our hiring managers to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent.
What will you do?
1. Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
2. Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager
3. Developing and leading the recruitment sourcing strategy
4. Proactively sourcing talent
5. Conducting telephone screen interviews with candidates
6. Facilitating debrief meetings
7. Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers
8. Building Talent Pipelines
9. Actively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP
10. Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process
11. Participate in projects as needed
How will you get here?
Education
12. Bachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent
Experience
13. Experience recruiting into the Pharmaceutical sector is REQUIRED.
14. Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function
15. Experience recruiting diverse positions by function / seniority etc
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
16. Strong preference for someone with background recruiting in the Science Industry
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
18. Experience using applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM) (Workday ATS experience preferred)
19. Strong written and verbal communication skills
20. Problem solving and time management skills
21. The ability to work independently, and negotiation skills
