Description
We offer a unique opportunity to be part of our RME team, where you can apply your academic knowledge and continue learning alongside top professionals. The program includes technical skills development, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
You will develop technical, interpersonal, and communication skills with support from a mentor from the Automation Engineer Team (AE Team). The program includes over 300 hours of theoretical and practical training on topics like electrical systems, automation, robotics, project management, and communication. Upon completion, you will be qualified for an Automation Engineer position in our maintenance teams.
Responsibilities
* Monitor, fault find, and repair control systems and sensors to ensure high equipment availability.
* Train technicians in control systems fault finding.
* Enhance monitoring and data visualization of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) within the EU Controls network.
* Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects.
* Ensure systems are properly documented and backups maintained in collaboration with IT and engineering teams.
Shift Pattern
This role involves non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends. Remote work is not available. Locations include Piedmont, Lombardy, and Veneto regions.
Basic Qualifications
* Age between 18 and 29 years old.
* Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering or expected before program start.
* Fluent Italian and good communication skills.
* English proficiency at Level B2 or higher.
* Ability to understand technical instructions.
* Passion for Automation and Engineering.
* Motivated, practical, and eager to learn.
* Knowledge of MS Office.
* Proactive and team-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in electrical engineering or related fields.
