Position Overview:
We are currently recruiting a local HR expert in Italy. The main responsibilities include maintaining client employee relationships, handling employee onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, verifying payroll calculations, and providing daily consulting and client relationship support. The role covers multiple European countries, requiring familiarity with European labor laws and multilingual proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as our in-house HR expert for Italy and Europe, managing all complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Verify payroll calculations for accuracy and compliance.
* Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
* Assist with report generation, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration.
Requirements:
* Experience as an international HR professional in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with European labor laws, especially in Italy and neighboring countries.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
* Strong analytical skills to identify, scope, and resolve complex HR issues.
* Data-driven mindset: challenge the status quo and improve response times and employee experience.

Interview Process:
* Preliminary Screening: HR communication
* First-round Interview: Video interview with the department head
* Final-round Interview: Video interview with the company's CEO regarding the position and career development
