Ensures comprehensive management of the pre‑sales process for assigned customers, providing technical and commercial support in accordance with the policies and strategies defined by the sales management
Internal point of reference for the sales network and is responsible for preparing offers, managing communications with customers and supporting customer service activities
Provides remote assistance to customers on technical and commercial aspects in line with team strategies. Drafts commercial offers in accordance with company policy and external sales representatives' instructions. Supports customers and colleagues in the pre‑sales, product selection, technical alignment and order management phases
Constantly update customer data in D365 CE and D365 F&O. Monitor offers and carry out follow‑ups tracked in CRM. Support the order process in case of misalignments with offers
Collaborates with Sales Application Specialist and Segment Sales Manager on technical aspects, pricing, discounts and margins. Maintains constant contact with WIKA production units, optimising the procurement phase. Ensures a high standard of communication and customer satisfaction
Reduces opportunity development time through proactive communication with active and potential customers. Investigates and resolves customer requests and issues, ensuring complete satisfaction. Contributes to the success rate of offers, profitability and sub‑regional turnover
Supports the Customer Service Team Leader in creating reports and monitoring data related to offers. Verifies and maintains alignment of critical data (e.g., offer deadlines, competitors). Records reasons for acquiring or losing orders
Qualify the potential of new customers to fuel the sales pipeline
Your profile
Technical / Scientific diploma or Technical / Scientific bachelor degree and 2+ years of experience
English (written and oral) B2 level as a minimum
Aptitude for technical discussions and understanding of product features
Interested in frequent interactions with customers, business partners and colleagues
Written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively transfer and interpret written and oral requests and requirements
Instrumentation’s knowledge
2/3 years of experience in the same job position
