You will also be responsible for scientific information in the area of competence.Your responsibilities will include:Build strong and effective relationships with healthcare professionals in hospitals and specialty centersDevelop partnerships with physicians by focusing on patient needs using company communication and IT toolsDifferentiate the value of the product according to the interlocutor, HCP, Doctors, or other assigned stakeholders in order to develop and maintain LEO AdvocatesGather market intelligence to understand stakeholders' needs, expectations, and territorial challenges. Analyze the territory to identify opportunities and build strategiesCollaborate with other teams in the Thrombosis BU to gain access to key stakeholders and provide added value to clientsWork with MSL and RAM to optimize therapeutic proposalsCollaborate with the BU Head and Sales Manager to implement initiatives for pharmacies and intermediary distribution operators to improve patient treatment.To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:Scientific background relevant to pharma industryItalian Proficiency and good level of EnglishPrevious experience in the field and advanced selling and territory management skillsKnowledge of market access and Pharma economic principleExperience in Oncology, Haematology or Internal Medicine areas will be a plusThe ideal candidate is able to persuade, build network and drive results through collaboration and innovation.Your applicationYou do not need to upload a cover letter, but feel free to add a few sentences in your resume or CV on why this position has your interest.Shape the LEO Pharma of tomorrowHealthcare professionals provide LEO Pharma medicines to close to 100 million people in over 70 countries every year.
