PURCHASE & LOGISTICS INTERN
Location: Arese, Lombardy, Italy
Your tasks
* Entry of purchase orders into the company ERP
* Entry and update of purchase price lists in the ERP
* Support with purchase order follow-up (order confirmation checks, lead time monitoring and any follow-ups, bookings and subsequent shipment tracking)
* Support in sending import documents and instructions to customs office
* Booking pickups via carriers’ portals (road transports)
* Coordination with the warehouse for the management of incoming goods
* Communication with suppliers and forwarders regarding any shipment issues
* Orders of stationery
* Updating reports in Excel
Required Skills
* English language proficiency at B2 level
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
* Accuracy and strong organizational skills
* Teamwork-oriented attitude
