For the Quality Department of the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI) we are looking for a:Quality System SpecialistResponsibilitiesManage the effective implementation of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Standards throughout the Company in compliance with up-to-date mandatory requirements, reference standards, interested parties requirements, internal requirements defined by the organizationMaintain the Corporate Quality Manual and the Process Map of the whole Company, as well as the general Quality System proceduresSupervise the Plants’ Quality Systems to be fully integrated into the Corporate SystemSupport the maintenance of the other Corporate documentation requested by the Quality Certifications (Analysis of the Context, Interested Parties, Risk and Opportunities, Process Indicators), liasing with all process ownersSupervise the issue of Quality Corporate procedures by each relevant function, checking their consistency with the whole system and providing continuous training and development of the Quality awareness across the CompanySupport the Quality Director in timely planning and executing the system audit to Corporate and Plant functionsSupport the Top Management process in the preparation of the Management ReviewsProvide continuous training and guidance to other quality auditorsPlan Standard Operating practices required under the overriding Quality proceduresParticipate in the Third Party Quality audits (certification and maintenance audits), as well as in Customer audit whenever requested.The Quality System Specialist contributes to define and develop the Quality strategy, policies, processes, standards as per ISO9001 and IATF standards.Requirements of the positionTechnical Hight School /Degree (plus)Deep knowledge of the Quality System requested by ISO9001 / IATF 16949 standardPreferred knowledge of the ISO14001 and ISO45001 standard1/3 years of experience in Quality System, being directly involved in the CertificationsQualified Quality auditor by Certification BodyKnowledge of the general automotive tools Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)1/3 years of experience in the roleRequirements of the personGood communication and interpersonal skillsTeam working and negotiations skillsPlease be informed that for the personnel selection, after verifying the existence of professional requirements, priority will be given to the following categories:Workers already receiving income support instruments.Workers unemployed due to collective redundancy procedures.Workers from companies in the related area, currently involved in crisis discussions at MIMIT (Ministry of Business and Made in Italy).The searches are aimed at candidates of both sexes, law 903/77.#J-18808-Ljbffr
