We’re looking for a hands-on, curious professional ready to tackle real threats, manage incidents, and continuously strengthen our security posture in an international and dynamic context.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor security controls and tools (EDR/XDR, DLP, email security)
* Identify vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation and patching (Windows/Linux/network)
* Support incident response and SOC escalations
* Work on data protection and DLP (Microsoft Purview)
* Coordinate penetration testing and security assessments for new tools/vendors
* Monitor attack surface and cloud configurations
* Contribute to compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2) and security policies
* 3–6 years in cybersecurity operations / SOC / incident response
* Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR and vulnerability management
* Knowledge of patch management and security standards (ISO 27001, NIS2)
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
➕ Nice to have
* Experience with SIEM (Google SecOps is a plus)
* Background in industrial / energy / OT environments
* Cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CySA+, CEH, SC-200, AZ-500…)
* Basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, KQL)
Location: Hybrid remote and Offices Torino or Milano.
