Havas Milan is seeking to expand its team by adding an Intern Community Manager. The selected candidate will support the social team and manage online communities for the agency's clients.

Hold a degree in Humanities, Communication/Marketing, or equivalent training in marketing and social media
Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
Fluent knowledge of English
Availability to work shifts (10:00-19:00) from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week
Additional skills include problem-solving, working in dynamic environments, and excellent written and public speaking communication skills.
Work location: Milan + smartworking (to be agreed upon)
Working hours: Full-time, shift-based (10:00-19:00), Monday to Sunday with 2 days off weekly.
Offer: Internship with expenses reimbursement and meal vouchers. Duration: 6 months with a possibility of extension for another 6 months. Compensation varies: 6 months at €500 + €140 meal vouchers; 12 months at €800 + €140 meal vouchers. The program aims to provide comprehensive training and autonomy, potentially leading to a permanent position.
