Oversee and manage the execution of electrical works regarding Oil & gas and Power Plants projectsThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the site execution team, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and construction schedules.Supervise day-to-day Electrical site activities.Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Procurement departments for project execution.Review IFC drawings, redline markups, and assist in as-built documentation.Ensure material availability and proper allocation of manpower and tools.Conduct regular tool box talks and enforce safety protocols.Monitor subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality and project deadlines.Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Maintain daily work progress reports and submit weekly updates to Project Manager.Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical or relevant engineering field.10+ years of experience in Electrical works, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.
