The successful candidate will support Marketing Team of the Moto Business Unit and he/she will have the opportunity to learn in a dynamic, stimulating and fast growing environment. Under the guidance of your tutor, you'll be empowered to take on increasing responsibilities, develop autonomy, and gain insights into strategic decision‑making processes in a fast‑evolving industry.

• Analysis and study of the main trends in the Motorcycle industry, including the use of internal and external database resources, to support the product range definition;
  
• Development of quantitative and qualitative market analysis of the tyre product and benchmarking against major competitors on a global scale;
  
• Supporting the production of product materials and technical training with dedicated presentations;
  
• Continuous updating of internal database with new motorcycles launched in the market on a global scale;
  
• Interaction with Trade & Consumer, Communication and Brand department functions with the goal to enhance product positioning in the market.

• Master Degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Fluency in Italian and English (at least B2)
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
• Good analytical and synthesis skills combined with precision;
  
• Familiarity with managing data sets;
  
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational capabilities;
  
• The ideal candidate should have a proven passion for motorcycles.
