The Structural Heart division leads innovation in cardiovascular care, offering technologies such as Transcatheter Mitral Interventions, Tricuspid Interventions, TAVI, and solutions for stroke risk reduction, congenital heart disease, and surgical heart valves. The division drives double‑digit growth in the EMEA region.
Main Responsibilities
- Business Results – Set sales, marketing, and operational objectives; manage portfolios, deliver financial goals, and optimize short‑ and long‑term performance.
- Market Focus – Engage physicians, hospitals, and payers; strengthen stakeholder relationships and translate the Italy market dynamics.
- Financial Management – Identify key financial metrics, drive performance, and manage risks and opportunities for growth.
- Strategy Development & Execution – Develop and communicate strategy, align execution, and support organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Management – Manage relationships with internal and external partners, including local leaders, health‑care professionals, and regional partners.
Education & Knowledge
- MBA in Business or Science or equivalent.
- 15+ years in commercial leadership role.
- Familiar with medical device field and Italy market landscape.
- Proven experience in business growth acceleration and turn‑around.
- Excellent people development abilities.
