Who we are looking for Previous teaching experience is not required, but a natural ability to connect with children and a genuine interest in education are essential. - Energetic, patient, and creative in working with young learners; - Open to experiential and play-based approaches (music, movement, theatre, art, STEM); - Reliable and eager to learn within a structured educational framework; - Based in Northern or Central Italy (preferred, but not mandatory).
