We are seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at one of hotel MClub Alicudi. The ideal candidate will oversee team coordination, service excellence, and beverage quality, ensuring a refined guest experience aligned with Mangia’s hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating the bar team, overseeing activities, discipline, professional appearance, and service quality to ensure guest satisfaction
* Inspecting the work environment to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
* Anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and accommodating all requests
* Supervising beverage preparation and ensuring the quality of the products served
* Keeping up with international trends to define industry‑standard expectations
* Regularly inspecting storage areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
* Monitoring beverage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
* Leading pre‑shift briefings with team members
* Inspecting staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies
* Planning work schedules and weekly shifts for the bar team
* Reviewing beverage sales and costs, and reconciling any accounting discrepancies
Requirements
* Previous experience in the role within luxury hospitality or similar environments
* Proficiency in French and English
* Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
* Familiarity with local and national regulations regarding alcohol service
* Strong skills in team management and inventory control
* Understanding of basic accounting principles, personnel management, and marketing
* Precision and attention to detail
