We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join Program Next unit in Solution Delivery Center Department in GOSP.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business needs by working with business users directly, assess current processes and systems and propose solutions that will allow users to do their work in a simpler and faster wayAssure compliance and audit with the policiesMaintain, monitor and support all systems and applications for the Delivery CenterWork closely with suppliers for enabling native application features, parameterizing and customizing the software, order new functionality and manage key data setsSupport applications, ensuring their data is processed and stored reliably and securelyAnalyze the as‐is situation of data usage and corresponding business processes, propose a to‐be situation for improving user experience with dataOrder software changes to suppliers, supervise accurate and on‐time delivery of softwareAssist in database programming, troubleshooting, and management of problems affecting IT and enterprise database applicationsFollow the IFRS closing process by analyzing the ticket and managing it on ServiceNowQualificationsExperience in application managementEducational background in technology and/or economicsKnowledge of Software Lifecycle, Lean Project Management, Agile, ITILKnowledge of Service Now (FE and BE)Knowledge of SQL database languageAbility to work with multiple programming languagesEnglish professional levelKnowledge of SAP S4/HANA modulesSoft skills: eclectic and flexible approach; ability to work in cross‐functional teams; strong analytical and organizational skills; innovation‐driven mindset; ability to collaborate effectively with PMO; compliance‐oriented, especially regarding regulatory frameworks; excellent communication and cross‐functional collaboration
