What Your Impact Will Be In this position you’ll be primarily involved in benefits deductions management, working closely with Sales, Collections, Customer Fulfillment & Accounting teams. Your Main Responsibilities Tracking and analysis of Benefit Deductions for the mentioned markets, including: Benefits Deductions management and clean-up efforts with Commercial Team and Collections. Follow up on Claims deductions and preparation of credit notes clearance documentation and invoice templates for booking in AP. Support information on Audit requests. Monthly, Quarterly and Year-End Actuals Close. AR/AP management and Customer Aging follow up. What We’re Looking For 1-2 years of Finance experience in a multinational environment would be desirable. Fluent in English, Italian & Spanish is a must. Strong MS Office knowledge. Proficient in MS Excel, able to manipulate complex raw data. Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive nature. Able to identify and address process improvements and share expertise with others. Willingness to take responsibility and ability to learn quickly and work independently. Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a large number of stakeholders. Positive attitude, can-do mindset.
