Main Responsibilities

* Negotiate with existing and prospective customers to deliver offers/quotes and achieve sales targets.
* Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with the technical team to propose suitable solutions for customers and ensure effective communication across departments.

Key Activities
">
* Define sales strategies for company products, collect necessary information for sale contracts, and manage customer rates.
* Identify, anticipate, and manage customer risks, financial risks, delivery disruptions, and changes in customer structure.
* Act as an interface between customers and management, sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance, providing support for tests, complaints, or disputes.

Your Profile
">
* You will have knowledge and effective use of various sales and negotiation techniques, detailed knowledge of company technical possibilities and products' advantages.
* Good knowledge of the plastics industry and plastics processing, especially injection moulding, with a proven track record of successful account management.
* Analytical mindset with ability to adjust to changing market conditions, strong decision-making skills, and ability to identify and mitigate potential problems with customers.
* Strong interpersonal skills, allowing effective communication internally and externally at different levels and with different departments.

Requirements

* Detailed knowledge of plastics industry and plastics processing.
* Knowledge of ERP system and MS Office.
* Fluency in both Italian and English.
