On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Milan: TEAM & CLIENTELING MANGER/ HIGH LUXURY BRAND /MILANResponsibilities:Support the management team in the conduction of the StoreTeam Management (about 15 people Staff)Continuously analyze the customer journey and its KPIs, identifying trends and proposing concrete improvement actions.Build a strong customer experienceSetting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitabilityEnsure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum levelCustomer discovery, personalization, and relationship-building processesThe ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:Fluent spoken English and ItalianAt least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands or HospitalityBusiness driven and detailed orientedTeam player with the ability to lead and influence peersConfident, enthusiastic and positiveProblem solvingSalary range: €60'000 /€70'000
