Being part of an international project delivery team for EMEA, you will be responsible for supporting the installation and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions across the EMEA Region. You will collaborate with Technical Leads, Project Managers, customers, local technical consultants, and R&D teams, ensuring the proper delivery of the solution according to the solution design, statement of work, and quality standards.
Your Role

* Scoping, designing, building, deploying and/or integrating solutions — fulfilling software implementation deliverables such as detailed system build, configuration and testing.
* Analyzes customer requirements (business, technical and clinical) to design, build and/or integrate the most appropriate solution; serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment.
* Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support; interact with R&D for troubleshooting and root cause analysis; elevate critical escalations to Senior Leadership.
* Practice strong configuration management and version control; document solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.
* Mentor and train customers to maintain their systems; act as a customer advocate and leverage insights to drive product decisions.
* Serve as a key member of the implementation project/service team; foster collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expertise.
* Develop and deliver knowledge sharing and technical seminars; contribute to the collective learning of Philips by sharing repeatable processes across multiple projects.
* Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer feedback; ensure safety allegations and feedback are submitted to stakeholders; execute activities as per the Philips Excellence Process Framework.
Your Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Good knowledge of Windows Server operating system.
* Good programming skills (1‑2 years of experience), with databases and SQL code, scripting languages such as Perl or PowerShell.
* Good knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Hyper‑V, VMware, server and storage technologies.
* Intermediate knowledge of networking.
* Good knowledge of Oracle database as a plus.Problem‑solving and analytical approach.
* Team‑working attitude.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
