Role OverviewOXBO are seeking a motivated Italy-qualified Avvocato (0–2 years PQE) to join a growing legal team in within an established Solar & BESS Developer, owner and operator in Rome.The role will support the development, construction and operation of utility-scale solar PV projects across Italy.This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to build sector expertise within a dynamic renewable energy platform.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport legal due diligence on solar PV development projectsDraft and review:Land agreements (option agreements, leases, superficies rights)EPC and O&M; contractsGrid connection agreementsNDAs and corporate documentationAssist with permitting and regulatory mattersSupport M&A; transactions (asset acquisitions / SPVs)Liaise with external counsel and notariesProvide internal legal support to development and engineering teamsRequirementsQualified Avvocato registered with an Italian Bar Association0–2 years PQEExperience in:Energy law (Solar or other renewables)Strong understanding of Italian contract lawFluent Italian and professional EnglishCommercial mindset and ability to work cross-functionallyDesirableExposure to project finance documentationExperience within an IPP, developer, or international law firmWhat Our Client OfferExposure to full project lifecycle within a growing solar IPPInternational working environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageCareer progression within the renewables sector
