Experteer Overview
As Project Industrialization Engineer, you will industrialize maintenance, renovation, or warranty activities across depots, repair centers, or production sites to secure deliverables. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize layouts, tooling, and processes, ensuring adherence to Alstom standards, budget, and safety. This role focuses on improving production efficiency and introducing Make or Buy strategies for investment projects. You’ll operate in an international setting, coordinating with suppliers and operations to drive impactful results.

- Analyze maintenance plan requirements and draft/validate Standard Operation Sheets
- Identify tools and materials via technical specs and field validation
- Organize layout of facilities, workstations, flow, and staffing
- Determine optimal production strategies to maximize resource saturation
- Plan maintenance activities per Alstom standards (sequence, cycle time, delivery, ergonomics, skills, EHS, quality)
- Manage documentation on SAP Railsys (task list, materials, tools)
- Validate processes on the field with operations
- Coordinate suppliers for main equipment creation
- Analyze actions to improve project performance
- Ensure adherence to budget
- Develop business cases for investment planning and Make/Buy decisions
Responsabilità
- Master's degree in engineering
- 2 to 5 years' experience, preferably in railway/international context
- Ability to read schematics and drawings
- Experience in Methods Engineering, writing/improving work instructions, line balancing, Lean
- Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP) for BOM, Routings, configuration follow-up
- Knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards
- Proven ability to innovate and manage change
- Excellent teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Desire to learn and grow
- Fluent in English and Italian
