Description : The Organisation Effectiveness (OE) Lead manages the delivery of the OE activity demonstrating a sound understanding of Organisation Effectiveness tools and operating models to enable them to help shape policy, processes and practices that enable and improve simple and effective business planning and management.The OE Lead provides effective OE guidance and advice and leads, develops and implements projects to help enable the organisation to deliver the corporate strategy. Typically reports to the Senior OE Manager or the Head of OE. Key accountabilities and decision ownership : Support development of organization strategy and roadmap, build on best practice and enabling Vodafone Italy overall strategy; Advice and support middle management to improve productivity and efficiency in organization; Support analysis of potential synergies within the organization and implement a performing organization system Actively contribute to deliver a healthy organization through; Support building change capability in other HR functions and overall organization; Conscience keeper for establishment and adherence to people principles in change initiatives; Ongoing research of best practice and world-class OE&C practices; Bringing new ideas to the table through white papers and research; Support in the coordination of cross-functional teams during OE&C initiatives as appropriate and according to over project guidelines. Core competencies, knowledge and experience : Knowledge of organization effectiveness concepts - internship experience in an Organization Team operating within a multinational company is nice to have Ability to work in a complex environment; Sound planning & analysis skills; Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; Creative & innovative thinking. Must have technical / professional qualifications : Master’s Degree in Engineering/Economics or similar Brilliant Academic Record Previous Internship Experience International Experience Fluency in Italian and English
