EXPERT OILFIELD PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (IT)Versalis Oilfield Solutions is looking for an expert to manage and supply oilfield chemicals and products.Responsibilities
Support the production scheduling of the managed products with third-parties, obtaining a product availability plan.Contribute to the development, management and planning of purchases of strategic products from third parties (purchase for resale) and/or transfers from other business units needed to provide existing contracts or spot purchases.Support the qualification of suppliers of special/strategic products that may be used as ingredients for formulated products.Contribute to drafting preliminary purchase documents for strategic special products for resale under contract or spot.Collaborate with SAP activities for the managed products.Collaborate with qualification activities for products at external laboratories in reference to specific oilfield standards or the drafting of supporting documentation (specifications, MSDS, etc.).
Contribute to drafting purchase/sale contracts, licensing agreements and NDAs.Support logistics operations for correct product handling up to delivery to their final destination.Support the Tender Response Team in preparing product cost information and ensuring proper documentation.Collaborate with appropriate functions to unblock active and passive invoices in the managed area.
Qualifications
Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economics; other degrees considered if significant experience exists.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Good command of English.Availability for national and international travel.
