Our Quality and Compliance Coordinator plays an important role in a number of vital hotel functions. Works across departments (e.g., Quality, HR, Finance, Compliance…) to support administrative needs. Provides administrative support (prepare documents, use word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software), serves as the point of contact for clients and vendors, and acts as liaison between Back Office and clients throughout the event process. They ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.
Critical success factors: creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication. Develops and maintains positive relationships with employees and departments, supports team to reach common goals, listens and responds to concerns. Reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Also handles physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying objects ≤10 pounds without assistance, standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, reaching overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and performing other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None.
