Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop seasonal streetwear collections aligned with GUAPI’s identity
* Create detailed tech packs and oversee product development
* Research trends, fabrics, and materials relevant to streetwear and luxury fashion
* Collaborate with production teams to ensure design execution and quality
* Contribute to creative concepts, campaigns, and product storytelling
* Work closely with the team on drops, collections, and new product categories
Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably within streetwear brands similar to GUAPI
* Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work (urbanwear focus required)
* Experience with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
* Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fits
* Creative, detail-oriented, and aligned with streetwear culture
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, drop-driven environment
