Role:
A key member of the resort's maintenance team, reporting directly to the Chief Engineer.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining all areas of the resort to ensure everything is functional and in proper working order.
* Planning and execution of routine maintenance and projects throughout the year.
* Painting, plumbing, electrical work, boiler servicing, and upkeep.
* Carpet installation and removal.
* Wood floor installation and refinishing.
* Pool and spa maintenance.
* Heating and cooling system maintenance.
* Wood burning and gas fireplace maintenance.
* Snow removal.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Italian and preferably English.
* At least 2 years of work experience as a Maintenance Attendant or similar level position at a hotel or resort.
* Knowledge in electrical maintenance, boilers, heating, and cooling systems.
