We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCreate, manage and maintain strong relationships with banking clients by providing strategic guidance on their core banking operations. /li liOversee project implementations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that the client's needs are met effectively. /li liWork closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges. /li liConduct in-depth analysis of core banking systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. /li liBe responsible for generating new business opportunities and working side‑by‑side with our Business Development team. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liRelevant and proven experience in consulting companies. /li libDeep knowledge and experience on Core Banking projects. /b /li liAt least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience coordinating a medium‑large team (internal and external). /li liExperience with high‑level exposure to customers and a proven ability to manage complex deals. /li /ul pLocation: Milan (MI) with remote work possibility /p p#LI-Hybrid /p pAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
