About the Role:
The OTC Specialist position is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing sales conditions, customer data, and order flow across multiple customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sales condition entry and updates
* Customer master data maintenance
* Managing the entire order flow from entry to cash collection
* Direct deliveries and booking slot management
* Claim management and related credit/debit note flow
* Accruals and year-end bonus processing
* Project management
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Strong business intelligence and reporting system knowledge
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Good SAP knowledge
* An accounting background (bachelor's degree in Economics or similar)
* At least 2-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a structured company
* Fluency in Italian (required) and a good level of English (desired)
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
