JOB MISSION
The mission will be to guarantee excellence of the international community management and communication, drive utilization of both the team and the tools, while supporting our brand purpose and integrity, building awareness, loyalty and sustainable growth.
The role can be based in our headquarter in Parma or other locations, in which case regular monthly trips to Parma will be planned.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**Strategic responsibilities**:
Build & grow showcase stylist
Manage communication with showcase stylists
Manage creative education content creation (physical / digital)
Drive the creative content planning in WW academies
Creation and promotion of unique and state of the art programs for Village Academy
Collaboration with Artistic Direction and support for Corporate Collections
**Supervision**:
Hair Art Director
Showcase stylists' network, special focus on branches
Content expectations & deliverables shared with showcase stylists
Showcase stylists' performance WW monitoring (KPI)
Business Unit oversight when planning stylists
Education communication materials management
Best practices collecting and implementation
**Showcase stylists' management**:
Identify Davines global needs
Manage contracts & fee structure
Coordinate travel & accommodation
**Special Initiatives**:
Product development support on demand
**Analysis**:
General knowledge of competitors' protagonists (artists, trainers, etc.)
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Education experience in a technical function of responsibility - 3-5 years in haircare industry
Hairdressing (minimum 5-10 years)
Training to trainers
Studios management
Education Design and Digital Education experience
Hair Collection development
**English**: complete professional knowledge
Second language is a plus
Experience in sales is a plus
Project management and problem solving skills
Time and priority management - stress management
Organized, determined, persistent person
Positive disposition, proactive person with a can-do attitude
