What you’ll be doing
* The position leads the Factory Quality Team to:
* Assure quality products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards together with EPR Group Quality team, driving improvement of the Quality System in the plant (Quality is a habit).
* Coordinate internal Quality audits, find out improvement opportunities, and follow-up with the organization to close the identified gaps compared to the Quality Management System.
* Follow and assure preventive and proactive activities for the present product and in the product development and follow up quality plans for applicable projects.
* Responsible for setting the EPS and Factory quality KPIs, reporting the outcome, setting up corrective action plans when KPIs do not meet the goals
* Support or drive quality mission/s and quality projects
* Maintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures requirements, keep update the Quality Management System
* Coaches and develop capabilities of the Factory Quality team: category Quality Managers and Quality Promoters.
* Support responses to customer complaints linked with production processes or suppliers, conduct root cause analysis and initiate corrective actions.
* Support to define, review, and maintain quality specifications for ANC, including acceptance criteria, compliance standards, and verification methods. Ensure supplier process qualification activities under the plant responsibility.
* Driving the Electrolux Production System deployment across categories, integrating it into each department of the Plant, driving the cultural change collaborating with EPR Group EPS Team and Plant EPS Team to involve people leading and coordinating workshops and activities relating to the implementation of the pillars, especially of Focus Improvement, People Development and Quality Control.

What’s needed for you to thrive
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in technical fields
* Appropriate qualification in quality management
* Considerable and diverse demonstrable experience of leading a quality function with a proven track record in strategic quality leadership delivering effective quality strategies, policies, processes and systems
* Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements
* Proven project management and quality experience
* Experience of operating and influencing at a strategic level
