Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /ppbYour role /b /ppReporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the Legal Counsel will mainly provide support regarding review of product/marketing claims and review/negotiation of marketing contracts related to medical devices, including advice, risk assessment, guidance and support in order to minimize legal risk for the business in respect of the launch of new products or new communication initiatives. /ppbr/bMain responsibilities: /b /pulliRevising product and marketing claims, and provide initial risk assessments and mitigation proposals under the guidance of the Senior Legal Counsel /liliEnsure compliance of promotional materials with local and international regulations, applying internal guidelines and best practices. /liliCollaborate with international legal teams to implement harmonized processes and share updates. Revising and negotiating marketing contracts related to medical devices (NDA, Consultancy Agreement) for medical devices, following established templates and instructions. /liliProvide legal support to the Senior Legal Counsel on day-to-day matters, including research, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders. /liliAssist in regulatory monitoring and contribute to updating internal compliance tools. /li /ulpbMain requirements: /b /pullibExperience: /bAt least b4-5 /b years in Intellectual Property international law firms and/or inhouse IP department, with experience in the field of medical devices and well-known consumer goods /lilibPre-requisites: /bsolid expertise in intellectual property and advertising laws; medical devices regulation. /lilibMarketing Claims: /bExperience in review of marketing claims with a specific focus on regulated areas of advertising (medical claims/contracts with health care professional etc) /lilibLegal Knowledge: /bGood knowledge of Italian and European Laws and practices /lilibContracting: /bExposure to international contracting practices /lilibEducation: /bLaw degree in law with specialization in Intellectual Property Law and Health Law /lilibCollaboration: /bAbility to work both independently and in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams /liliAble to operate at multiple levels including with business clients, external service providers and other stakeholders /lilibOrganizational Skills: /bAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, strong at problem-solving and critical thinking /lilibCommunication: /bGood verbal and written communications and negotiation skills, listening, presentation skills, ability to work and communicate in a diverse global organization /lilibPersonal skills /b: humility, proactivity, flexibility /lilibLanguages /b: English fluent; French would be a plus /li /ulpbOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /b /ppWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
