In both the Allison Transmission and Allison Off-Highway Drive and Motion Systems business units, our team strives to Improve the Way the World Works.Learn more about this role and how you can begin driving your career forward!Position summaryWe're looking for a Junior HR Manager in Montano Lucino (CO).In compliance with company policies contribute to ensure the management of plant human resources.Reports to: HR Manager of GrandArco plants.Main responsibilitiesOrganizationContribute to improve the organizational model of the plantEnsure the right implementation of standard structures, processes, responsibilities, skills and profiles; Recruitment and SelectionEnsure together with Line Managers and Temps Agencies the Blue Collars recruiting.Contribute to white collars recruiting.Training and People DevelopmentContribute to coordinate and implement the individual Development Plans (IDP)Contribute in organizing special plant training project and on-boarding and induction plan for new hiring.Business Partnership and KPI's ManagementSupport in ensuring of the HR KPI's: labor cost, holidays usage, absenteeism rate, overtime hours, turnover etc, proposing improvement and or recovery actions on monthly bases.Internal CommunicationSupporting the communication processes and special projects.EHS Norms and Procedures ManagementContribute to ensure industrial safety and plant properties safeguarding collaboration with the EHS Manager for Environment, Health and Safety of the Plant.Labor RelationsEnsure the proper application of the national, regional and local labor law, collective agreements and general Company regulations; Contributing to negotiating and establishing relations with unions; Main opportunities and challengesWorking in a multinational context, managing the complexity.Manage many activities at the same time, following the priorities.Job position requirementsEducation: University master degree - Economics/LawProfessional backgroundPrevious experience in similar role (at least 3 years) in multinational company.Hard skillsEssential:Knowledge of labor law and Unions managementFluency in English (spoken and written) is required; Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Considered as a plus:Master in Human Resources ManagementSoft skillsLeadershipTeam playing attitudeListener and communicatorProblem solverAllison Transmission is an equal opportunity employer.
