This is a full-time position. /p pemDuties will include: /em /p ul liResponsible for coordinating all aspects of the employee life cycle which includes: placing advertisements, reviewing worker applications, short listing, conducting interviews, and the timely onboarding of support workers in preparedness for rostering. /li liMaintaining strong working relationships with all support workers. /li liA hands-on approach to all employee training. /li liDeveloping skills of our support workers and maintaining accurate training records. /li liWorking in accordance with both the Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards. /li liFacilitate, deliver, evaluate and support internal training and development of programs. /li liIdentifying training opportunities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pstrongThe Role /strong /p pSome of the key responsibilities of this role include: /p ul liQualification in Human Resources (or previous experience in a recruitment and induction role). /li liResponsible for end-to-end recruitment activities. /li liExecute recruitment strategies and onboarding procedures. /li liUse of social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram - to increase market reach. /li liCoordinate job advertisements for reactive or proactive recruitment needs. /li liSource candidates via multiple recruitment channels. /li liManage job advertisements. /li liConduct face to face and virtual interviews. /li liOther general administration duties including data entry, system-based activity tracking, reporting and general email correspondence. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liExperience in a similar position preferred. /li liStrong initiative, problem solving, and decision-making skills. /li liExperience and exposure in interpreting employment legislation and industrial instruments. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
