Please visit our website for more information about what we do at. /ppWe are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite / on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. /liliRespond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person. /liliInstall, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows / macOS / Linux) and software applications. /liliTroubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (monitors, keyboards, docking stations, etc.). /liliSet up and configure new employee workstations, including user accounts and permissions. /liliMaintain asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of IT equipment. /liliAssist with onboarding / offboarding of employees from a technical perspective. /liliSupport remote users with VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues. /liliCollaborate with other IT teams on escalated issues or project-related tasks. /liliFollow security protocols and assist with antivirus, patching, and data protection policies. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). /pp1+ year of experience in a desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role. /ppStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts. /ppFamiliarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or JIRA. /ppExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /ppStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. /ph3Preferred /h3pExperience with macOS or Linux environments. /ppIT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator. /ppExperience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or JAMF). /ph3Working Conditions /h3ulliOn-site support may be required. /lilibOccasional lifting of equipment (up to 25 lbs). /b /liliFlexible schedule or after-hours support may be needed during maintenance windows or emergencies. /li /ulh3What next? /h3pIf you are looking for that next challenge in your career and wish to apply for this role, please forward your resume to @ /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
