About the Role
We are looking for a talented Video & Graphic Designer who can helps us scale our marketing campaigns to life creating engaging video content and visually striking graphics. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for design, and can balance creative vision with hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and producing marketing videos as well as designing static visuals for campaigns across digital platforms. Beyond execution, we expect fresh ideas and innovative approaches to help us stand out and connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
* Video Production:
o Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and other digital platforms.
o Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
o Motion graphics or animation skills are a bonus but not essential.
* Graphic Design:
o Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and static creatives for online ads, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
o Develop campaign visuals that are consistent with the brand's style guide.
* Creative Concept Development:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and pitch new content ideas.
o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and creative formats to keep content fresh and innovative.
* Executional Excellence:
o Manage multiple projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines in collaboration with the marketing team
o Optimize content for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
o Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
* Creative & Strategic Skills:
o Strong visual storytelling ability and sense of design aesthetics.
o Ability to generate original, creative ideas for marketing content.
o Understanding of digital marketing channels are a plus.
* Other Requirements:
o 1-3 years of experience in video production and/or graphic design for marketing or related fields.
o Strong portfolio showcasing both video and graphic design work.
o Excellent time management and organizational skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively and independently
