Director Planning & Control
We are currently seeking a Director Planning & Control on behalf of a multinational industrial company operating across more than 10 countries worldwide. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role carries broad responsibility and strong exposure to top management, with the objective of leading corporate-level planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management control processes. The successful candidate will ensure data reliability, high-quality management reporting, and actively support strategic decision-making through structured financial analyses. In this context, the role will play a key part in contributing to the Group's strategic plan and in monitoring business performance through KPIs, variance analysis, and consolidated reporting, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and accuracy of information. The position also includes the direct management of a team of 3 professionals covering key controlling areas, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Controlling, Sales Controlling, as well as Procurement and Supply Chain Controlling. The ideal candidate brings: A solid and well-established professional experience within structured, multinational and industrial environments Strong expertise in Planning & Control and corporate-level controlling processes Proven experience operating in complex and international settings, with exposure to senior stakeholders Excellent analytical capabilities and a structured, data-driven approach to decision making Strong leadership and people management skills Fluency in English, used on a daily basis A proactive mindset, the ability to operate effectively in complex and evolving environments, and a strong results-oriented approach will be considered key differentiating factors.
