DHL Express Italy, part of the DHL Group, is seeking an intern for the Payroll Team at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (MI). The internship is a 6‐month full‐time position, based in the HR Department.

What We Offer
The internship provides an opportunity to acquire and develop knowledge of HR payroll processes within a multinational company. The role includes reimbursement of expenses (€800 gross) and meal vouchers (€8.00, €7.00 for remote working). Company shuttle from Milan (Milan Rogoredo, Lambrate, and Segrate stations) is provided.
Responsibilities
Support colleagues in time and attendance tracking, entering justifications, medical certificates, and checking closing reports.
Assist in the management of administrative processes related to employment commencement and variation, such as drafting employment letters, extensions, conversions, and terminations, and notifying the Employment Center.
Manage and update employee master data.
Interact with colleagues across the territory and engage with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; completion of a Master's program and/or prior HR experience considered an asset.
Good written and spoken English skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational skills, punctuality, precision, attention to detail, and good interpersonal relationships.
