This position is based within a private elementary school in Umatilla, giving you the agevolazioni of a stable, relationship-driven environment where you can focus on student progress and collaboration instead of spending your day on the road.
What You'll Do
Conduct intakes and functional assessments within the school setting
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy and parent/caregiver training
Supervise and support RBTs, based on credential level
Review data, monitor progress, and update treatment plans as needed
Maintain compliance with BACB standards and company expectations
Collaborate with families, school staff, and other partners to support each child's success
What We're Looking For
For BCBA applicants
Master's degree
Active BCBA certification
For BCaBA applicants
Bachelor's degree
Active BCaBA certification
For all applicants
CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable transportation to and from the school site
