Sales Associate Beauty & Accessories LuxurySynergie Italia SPA, filiale di Milano Restelli, is looking for a high-end cosmetics sales associate.Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and drive high-quality sales across all product categories (fragrances, makeup, accessories).Build strong relationships with customers, adapting to their needs and embodying the brand philosophy.Execute sales and operations efficiently to reach and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Communicate product aesthetics, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.Provide impeccable sales service and follow-up activities to cultivate and grow the client portfolio.Identify and manage customer requests and concerns.Demonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience in high-end luxury, preferably in fragrances, cosmetics or accessories.Excellent customer service sense, adaptability to diverse cultures, empathy, and collaborative attitude.Good knowledge of French and English; additional languages are a strong advantage.Organized, motivated, methodical, and professional.
Working ConditionsInitial temporary contract of 6 months with future possibilities. CCNL COMMERCIO, level and position will be commensurate to experience.Indicative salary range: €33k – €38k tempo pieno. Working hours ******* on shifts Monday-Sunday.
