This is a transversal role designed to provide hands-on exposure across all core HR areas, supporting the daily operations and overall effectiveness of the entire HR function. The ideal candidate is curious, enterprising, and solution-oriented, with a strong desire to develop a well-rounded HR skill set spanning communication & wellbeing, administration, recruitment, people management, and organizational development.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling); Attend and represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events; Maintain relationships with universities and talent pipelinesCommunication, Engagement & Employer Branding: Assist in developing employer branding initiatives; Help create communication materials related to HR projects and programsPeople Management & Development: Support performance management processes; Assist in training coordination and learning initiatives; Contribute to the development and implementation of HR tools and people management systems; Collaborate on organizational development projectsHR Operations & Administration: Assist with employee documentation and HR records management; Help ensure compliance with internal policies and proceduresQualificationsDegree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in HR fieldStrong interest in building a career in Human ResourcesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint (creation of professional presentations and reporting materials)Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital HR technologies (e.g., AI for recruitment screening, data analysis, content creation) is considered a strong plusGood overall knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in EnglishWe encourage applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of gender, age, nationality, or background.
