Overview
As a Junior IT Support & Service Desk Operator you will join Logispin's team responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and operation of the group’s corporate internal IT Infrastructure, including network, servers, desktops, printers and data storage.
Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot local system and local network problems and diagnose and solve hardware / software faults.
* Provide support, including updates when needed and follow procedural documentation.
* Respond within SLAs to reported requests and incidents.
* Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
* Keep records of all IT company assets.
* Test and evaluate new technology.
* Provide support via remote assistance tools to other branch offices and establishments.
Qualifications
* Past experience in IT helpdesk support or a similar role.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
