For our boutique store in Linate Airport, we are looking for a Sales Assistant.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales plans and build customer loyalty while raising brand awareness.
2. Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for.
3. Process cash and card payments accurately.
4. Participate in stock control and management.
5. Report discrepancies and issues to the Manager.
6. Maintain the store's cleanliness and tidiness.
7. Follow established company guidelines.
8. Assist in merchandise processing and replenishment, monitoring floor stock.
9. Maintain visual merchandising according to Moleskine's guidelines.
Skill Requirements:
1. Availability to work a flexible schedule from 6 am to 9 pm, including weekends and holidays.
2. Demonstrate effective selling techniques and client relationship management.
3. Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
4. Work well independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills.
6. Energetic with a positive attitude.
7. Open-minded and multicultural approach.
8. Proactive and goal-oriented.
9. Fluent in Italian and English.
